The Triumph Forum - Hosted by VTR
The Triumph Forum facilitates facilitates communication among both members and non-members in the Triumph automobile hobby in three categories: the VTR Convention, VTR Regional News, and last, Maintenance Issues, that last is sorted by Triumph model. You are probably familiar with the concept of a forum, it is a simple and excellent means of communication within a community of individuals with a shared interest.
The forum provides a place where anyone can post announcements of upcoming events with more detail than our Event Calendar allows, or wrap-ups about events their VTR chapter is holding. It is also a vehicle where each of VTR's Regional Coordinators can post information about their region's chapter's activities.
The rules for participation are posted in a forum near the bottom of the page in the "General Category." Please note that this forum is moderated, meaning that volunteers monitor the forum closely for inappropriate posts or posts that require editing or removal entirely. This is in an effort to keep the "signal to noise ratio" (or quality of posts) very high.
Sign posts with your real name, pseudonyms are not allowed.
This forum is different than others in that you must sign each of your your posts with your real name. This is so that your fellow hobbyists will know who authored the post they are reading. Additionally, a pseudonym really means very little if one then meets a poster in a social situation.
VTR Members, please note...
Because the Triumph Forum may be accessed by non-members, it is necessary that you "register" on the forum creating a user name and password. This means your existing VTR login name and password are not already set up on the Forum. For your convenience you may make the combination the same as your regular VTR login information. The membership software and the forum software operate completely independent of each other for security reasons, this is the reason we could not "merge" the membership data into the forum. We apologize for this slight inconvenience.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: VTR may, at it's sole discretion, and without any prior notification, remove any post for any reason.
